Old-Fashioned Chocolate-Making --Like AZTEC Old!

Working cacao beans upon a volcanic-stone grinding bench with a push-pestle while perched on a handmade seat, foodie Leni Sorensen shows students how to make reeeeeaallly "old fashioned" chocolate.
In her Albemarle County kitchen, the really good cook and food historian put WMRA's Martha Woodroof and three other hearty souls through the back-bending labor of making chocolate Aztec style. We first air this story on Feb 15 (the de facto "national discount chocolate day") --the day after Valentine's.
Leni's website has other tidbits about food-making --even butchering your own pork.
