The host/producer of The Spark, WMRA's Martha Woodroof, is usually keen to heft her editor's ax and whack essays down to size. In an unprecedented move, she found no phrase she could bear to chop from Bill's nearly-nine-minute commentary --the longest listener essay she's ever allowed to be broadcast.
