Taking to the Streets

What opportunities do you see in city streets?

How about feeding a parking meter... then laying down a blanket and having a picnic?

Or getting rid of all traffic lights, signs, and line markings... then turning a roadway into a public park with cars included?

Researcher Peter Norton says there is a worldwide revolution underway in how people are using streets and roads.  He has agreed to tell us about it.
