Abby Chapple and Chris Donnell are among the group of Mid-Atlantic College Radio Conference organizers. MACRoCk began in JMU's student radio station WXJM, but evolved into an independent non-profit organization, according to their website, "perpetuated by the belief that music can thrive without a corporate influence."
