When the 2014 session of the Virginia General Assembly gets underway in January, longtime Republican state Senator Emmett Hanger will play a key role.  So will Democratic House Minority Leader David Toscano.

But before Virginia's next session begins, they have agreed to sit down together to talk things over with each other... and with you.
