The Internet: World Impact Different Than Expected?

Do you expect the Internet to be promoting freedom and democracy around the world?

It certainly has been doing some of that.

But it now appears it is also often being used to accomplish quite the opposite.

A look at the “good” and the “not so good” when it comes to the impact of the world wide web on world wide politics.
