The next time you stop at the pump, how would it be if instead of paying 17.5 cents to the state of Virginia for each gallon your purchase... you pay NO state gas tax? But, you would have to pay about a penny extra in sales tax on most everything else you buy.
That’s just one of hundreds of ideas under consideration now that state lawmakers are back in session.
