All "Songs" Considered Stars Played Charlottesville

The xx, an English alt-indie-electronic band whose haunting ambient song called Intro frequently appears as bumper music on NPR's All Things Considered, will perform in Charlottesville on Friday (Sept 20, 2013).

The xx's song Intro is oddly popular with news broadcasters. It appeared during network TV coverage of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and also popped up during BBC election coverage. The Charlottesville concert at the nTelos Pavilion has a curtain time of 7pm, doors opening at 6pm (ticket price info, etc, is on the Pavillion's website).
